As the item is handmade to order please allow up to 3 working days for your item to be made.

If UK, you can choose at checkout whether you would like first or second class post, all items are sent as a parcel. 1st Class is usually received in the UK 1-2 working days after posting and 2nd class between 2-3 working days.

* Please note that Royal Mail do not operate on bank holidays and this will cause a delay with deliveries * 

If  UK and you have been provided with a  Royal Mail 'tracking number', this will only update on Royal Mails website once it has been 'signed for' they do not provide dynamic tracking.

All items going internationally are sent via Royal Mail International mail unless stated it is being sent by courier

As we send our slates via Royal Mail we are unable to take requests of where the item should be left in case you are not in.

Our slate is hand cut, drilled and treated by us.

The quote is signwriters vinyl which we cut and apply to the slate, this heavy duty permanent vinyl has a minimum exterior guarantee of 7 years.

As it is a natural product there may be variations in the slate surface and natural 'distressing' 

Slate can have sharp edges. Please do be careful when hanging your slate that it is out of reach of children/pets.

Please always use suitable fixings for the surface you are hanging this on.

Your slate can be hung outside. We would recommend however if you do that you routinely check the condition of the jute rope. It will naturally wear more easily if it is left outside (particularly in bad weather) If your rope has worn, no problem, just let us know and we will replace it free of charge :)
